Meet Fanta — a handsome orange gentleman who has so much love left to give.
At an estimated 15 years old, Fanta has reached the age where he shouldn’t have to wonder where he belongs. He deserves a soft bed, a quiet home, a warm lap, and someone who will love him for all the years he has left.
Fanta was originally found on a resident’s boat here in Marshfield. Sadly, no one ever came forward to claim him during his stray hold. He was adopted last month, but unfortunately, he struggled to settle in. We’ve since learned that Fanta would be happiest as the only pet in the home, where he can enjoy a calm environment all to himself.
And please… don’t let that serious orange face fool you.
Behind that tough guy expression is an absolute love bug. Fanta is a nonstop purring machine who adores attention and is happiest when someone is giving him affection. He has a whole lot of love to give. He just needs the right person to give it to.
Fanta is neutered, up to date on his vaccines, FIV/FeLV negative, and has had a dental. His adoption fee has also been completely sponsored!

We know senior cats can sometimes be overlooked, but there is something incredibly special about giving an older animal the loving home they’ve been waiting for.
