Meet Sunny!

Sunny really does have a sunny personality! He is friendly, talkative and loves to explore. His age is estimated at 4 years. He is neutered, is up-to-date on rabies and distemper vaccines and is negative for FeLV, but is FIV (Feline Immunodeficiency Virus) positive. Sunny does not like dogs but is good with children.

Since Sunny is FIV positive, he must be an indoor cat living with other FIV cats or as an only pet.

FIV is not transmittable to humans and is typically transmitted only to other cats via a deep bite wound. This virus is fragile and will not survive on clothing, food bowls, litter pans or other household items. Sometimes symptoms do not appear for years. Cats with FIV can live healthy, happy lives.
